• If this is in reference to the Greystone Range Hood part # 324-000087, it sounds like you may have the wires for the motor reversed or some other wiring issue which is then causing the fan to push air out of the screen rather than pull air through. I have attached for you the wiring diagram of the unit which you will need to review to be sure yours is installed correctly.
